Inside Solution is a hardware service provider system. The application allows for Inward, Service calls, and inquiries of client’s hardware. It’s a permission-based system where an authorized person can create an inquiry and assign it to a particular employee. Inward functionality creates an inward entry of the client’s hardware and assigns it to a particular engineer. After that, it will go to the repairer in case service will take from outside and back from the repairer and outward hardware to the client. Service call provides service at client location.
