IFOOD: Is an Application created by ISOFT which evolves in the field of ordering and delivery of meals in offices and at home. It puts into action:
Restaurants and Customers in the process of online sales while taking account of their accounts with optimal management.
ITS FEATURES: It includes seven (7) features namely:
1-HOME: It displays the interface of the application to allow visitors to see the dishes and their restaurants of origin so that they can easily make their choice between preferred restaurants. It also informs visitors about new menus.
2-MY CART: This feature is used to hold orders made by a customer in order to proceed to the confirmation stage of his orders.
But it also obviously allows customers to delete their orders, change the address and of course have an idea of the total amount of their order (price of the dish and the cost of delivery).
3-MY ORDERS: It allows customers to review their accumulated orders for a possible correction in the choice of dishes.
4-MY ADDRESSES: Customers register their addresses here to allow the delivery person to easily locate them when delivering meals.
They can change their addresses at any time without any difficulty.
5-CEREMONIES: This functionality allows customers (organizers) of ceremonies to place their orders in quantity but while respecting a delivery time of at least three days from the date of validation of the order.
6- MY ACCOUNT: This allows our customers to register on our platform by creating their customer accounts and the ability to change their passwords at the appropriate time. They can disconnect and connect at any time as soon as they have access to the internet.
7-NOTIFICATION: After payment, the customer receives a message which means that “your order is validated and in preparation for delivery at short notice, following payment made on iPaye. We thank you for the collaboration »
When the order is picked up by the delivery man he receives a message that means "your order has just been picked up by the delivery man, you will be delivered soon. Thanks for the patience ”
And after delivery, the customer receives another message which means "you have just received your order from our delivery service, thank you for the patience and we remain at your disposal for criticism and suggestion see you soon"
The channel we use to inform our customers is also used to receive criticisms and suggestions from our customers.
