IFOOD: Is an Application created by ISOFT which evolves in the field of ordering and delivery of meals in offices and homes. It puts into action:
Restaurants and Customers in the process of online sales while taking into account their accounting with optimal management.
ITS FUNCTIONALITY: It includes seven (7) functionalities, namely:
1-HOME: It displays the interface of the application to allow visitors to see the dishes and their restaurants of origin in order to be able to easily make their choices between the restaurants of preference. It also informs visitors about new menus.
2-MY BASKET: This feature is used to hold the orders made by a customer in order to proceed to the order confirmation stage.
But it also obviously allows customers to delete their orders, change the address and of course to have an idea of the total amount of their order (price of the dish and delivery costs).
3-MY ORDERS: It allows customers to review their accumulated orders for a possible correction in the choice of dishes.
4-MY ADDRESSES: Customers register their addresses here to allow the delivery person to locate them easily when delivering meals.
They can change their addresses at any time without any difficulty.
5-CEREMONIES: This feature allows customers (organizers) of ceremonies to place their orders in quantity but while respecting a delivery time of at least three days from the date of validation of the order.
6- MY ACCOUNT: This allows our customers to register on our platform by creating their customer accounts and the possibility of changing their passwords in due course. They can disconnect and connect at any time as soon as they have access to the internet.
7-NOTIFICATION: After the payment, the customer receives a message which means that “your order is validated and in preparation to be delivered in a short time, following the payment made on iPaye. We thank you for the collaboration »
When the order is collected by the delivery person, he receives a message which means that “your order has just been collected by the delivery person, you will soon be delivered. Thanks for the patience”
And after the delivery, the customer receives another message which means that "you have just received your order by our delivery service, thank you for the patience and we remain at your disposal for criticism and suggestions see you soon"
The way we use to inform our customers is also used to receive criticisms and suggestions from our customers.
