The mission of The United Church of God is to proclaim to all the world the true message of the gospel of Jesus Christ—the good news of the coming Kingdom of God. It is also to prepare a people for this Kingdom. This message not only offers great hope to all of humanity, but also addresses the purpose of human existence — why we were born, and where our world is headed.
