JobStart Indonesia is a work capacity improvement program for young unemployed youth through a series of trainings, namely life skills training and technical skills training needed by the industrial world, paid work internships and facilitation services to get job (Job Matching). This program is also designed to build the capacity (capacity building) of the Manpower Office in Makassar City and West Bandung Regency in providing integrated employment services.
