Kaup is an ancient Prussian (Sambian) trade and craft center that existed in the 9th-10th centuries in the north of Sambia in East Prussia. During the Viking Age, this center in the Prussian area was one of the starting points of the Amber Route from the Baltic to the Mediterranean.
Now Kaup is a recreated Viking settlement, where everyone can travel 1000 years into the past and find themselves in the Middle Ages, surrounded by Vikings, artisans, priests and many other heroes of that time.
Watch and learn how to make fire yourself, forge in the forge, shoot from a bow, throw axes and much more.
In the application, you can see a 3D model of the existing Kaup and learn more about it.
