Sismal V.3.0

Sismal is an individual data-based malaria surveillance recording and reporting system with web, desktop and mobile bases. Data input is carried out at the Health Service Facility, Regency/City, Provincial and National (Ministry of Health) levels. Sismal includes the modules needed in reporting malaria programs.
