My Communicator is a free, safe and simple game for speech formation and non-verbal communication. It helps in a fun way to master communication skills and gradually come to an independent life. The communicator was developed in collaboration with professional educators who have dedicated themselves to working with special people.
For full-fledged work during classes, we recommend using a tablet, not a mobile phone.
Now classes according to our methodology are available not only to specialists in children's centers, social support institutions and specialized psychological and pedagogical centers, but also to parents at home.
The manual is a course on the study of the mechanism of communication without the use of words. Choose the format that suits you best and have fun. The more repetitions, the stronger the skill.
The application is suitable for classes with people with speech disorders and the following established diagnoses:
autism spectrum disorder (autism);
mental retardation;
cerebral paralysis;
delayed mental and speech development;
Down syndrome;
other intellectual and mental disorders.
The application includes four modules:
"Buttons" - when you click on one of the two buttons, a visual effect is activated. The user remembers which of the buttons triggers which of the two effects and can then exercise the skill of choice by pressing the button of interest to him.
"Option choice" - the user is presented with several cards to choose from, and he must choose the object of interest to him. The task must be supported by the physical provision of the selected object. This stage helps in the formation of a causal relationship, and also contributes to the development of the skill of choice and communication without the use of words.
"Sentence Making" is a communication board with which the user can make a sentence and express their thoughts and desires without the use of words.
"Vocabulary expansion" will help in the development of speech and the study of environmental objects.
