Mecom Communicator is a mobile application for speech formation and non-verbal communication. It helps in a fun way to master communication skills and gradually come to an independent life. The application was developed in collaboration with professional educators who have dedicated themselves to working with special people.
For full-fledged work during classes, we recommend using a tablet, not a mobile phone.
Now classes according to our methodology are available not only to specialists of centers, social support institutions and specialized psychological and pedagogical centers, but also to parents at home. The application has a training program where an experienced specialist will explain and demonstrate how to conduct a lesson at home and how to master the skill of non-verbal communication.
The application is suitable for classes with people with speech disorders and the following established diagnoses:
1. Artistic spectrum disorder (autism)
2. Mental retardation
3. Cerebral palsy
4. Delayed mental and speech development
5. Down syndrome
6. and other intellectual and mental disorders
The application has a Communicator system, which contains 7 levels of mastering non-verbal communication, where starting from simple forms of communication, limited to one word, such as "Apple", you can gradually develop communication to the level of complex sentences "Mom give me a big red apple please." For communication, you can add any necessary cards - that is, words in an unlimited number
