NOW.CULI® (previously KnowledgeMentor™) is designed as a closed group App for safe and structured social learning on transformational learning initiatives. It ensures effective collaboration and mentoring in areas that have common knowledge challenges and where engagement and monitoring is between approved participants working towards collective knowledge needs in a secure and managed environment. This makes the App an ideal digital solution for learning in the moment of need, in knowledge-intensive environments.
NOW.CULI® is a cross-platform mobile App unlocks the potential of spontaneous “human-to-human” knowledge exchange and mentoring, at large-scale and for widely distributed groups. The embedded knowledge mentoring tools and techniques and carefully structured knowledge flows allow participants to gather or share critical knowledge in selected knowledge themes and knowledge fields, either on demand (synchronous) or in their own time (a-synchronous). An innovative ‘knowledge quest’ provides a motivating environment for immediate peer-to-peer and personal-to-professional feedback and can be used to support recognition and reward schemes for the most valued and consistent collaborators – whether personalised and peer-reviewed or procedurally and professionally monitored.
The mobile App, as well as the supporting administration and analytic dashboards which form the whole organisational ecosystem, are currently only available to clients engaged in structured social learning and knowledge mentoring projects which are set up, managed, and facilitated globally by Knowledge Mentoring (Global) Limited and associated partner companies.
