SIP Application-PBJ (Monitoring Information System Procurement) Langsa in Aceh province. As acknowledged by the government through LKPP and LPSE has successfully conducted the procurement of goods and services electronically. The benefits can already strongly felt.
But the government also has to monitor the work of all the packages have been tendered. The hope is not to procure goods and services is completed by the administration alone but did not seem real results obtained. The monitoring report is not enough to prove the results that have been achieved.
For that we build applications webGIS SIP-based CPM and Android. An application that will summarize all the results of the tender in the interactive map to see the details and position location information.
Besides that takkalah importance is the availability of photographs perlembangan project. CO can upload photos on a map for the conditions to what percentage of the current process. So the government can present information in the form of tangible evidence of regional development.
