This city walk in Florence (Firenze) is inspired by the book THE GENIALE CITY by Koen De Vos, published in 2019 (see: https://www.koendevos.com/boek-florence-de-geniale-stad)
This guided tour is free, without using internet access and includes an audio function (you can listen to the explanations and stories).
This is not a classic city walk in which you quickly check off the main highlights in Florence. What you will see is a mix of world-famous and lesser-known sights, laced with stories that will give you an idea of life in Florence in its golden 15th century (Florence in the Renaissance) and make you think about how the city was able to produce so many geniuses in that hundred years - a question that is explored in the book The Genius City.
