HOMECG+ Connect is designed to allow quick transfer of readings from your Hōm ECG+® remote monitoring device to your healthcare provider. The Hōm ECG+® uses a patented algorithm to analyze your ECG data and emit a red or green light, signifying the probability of atrial fibrillation (Afib). The Hōm ECG+® should be used for guidance only. Only an experienced healthcare professional can make a conclusive diagnosis of atrial fibrillation.
To use the app, collect a reading on your Hōm ECG+® device and upload it to the HOMECG+ Connect app when the transfer is ready. You will see the word “bLE'' (which stands for “Bluetooth Low Energy”) flash on the Hōm ECG+® screen. When you upload an ECG reading, it will automatically be sent via Bluetooth® to your provider via the NovoRPM platform who will be able to follow-up on any signs of atrial fibrillation.
