Automatic piling software to be used with the D1002.0 range of piling rigs fitted with AutoDrop. Creates a safe and more efficient way of driving piles by counting sets and stores hoisting heights, eliminating operator error.
Uses Bluetooth to connect from app to AutoDrop giving a user interface showing data from each pile.
Instructions of use:
1. Switch On AutoDrop on D1002.0.
2. Open AutoPile App.
3. Switch On phone Bluetooth.
4. Discover new devices.
5. Connect to HC-06. ( Make sure phone is close to D1002.0 when connecting )
6. Press SetMode.
7. Press Save. ( This stores current Hoist and Fall Settings these are stored )
8. Measure a 2.0m hoist height while piling press Save.
9. Press desired drop number while holding hoist lever AutoDrop will take set.
10. Measure Pile as normal.
( Continue with piles Hoist and Fall dials can be changed, set values are stored unless AutoDrop is switched Off )
