MedBank is a non-profit organization formed with the vision of making Medi-care available and accessible to every citizen regardless of their social status and purchase ability. The programs undertaken by MedBank are mainly engineered to empower and enrich under priviliged population aiming to make a difference in the lives of individuals and community by providing programs and services of the highest quality medicare services and also fostering intellectual, scientific and health care development. MedBank is the first electronic network that helps collect and redistribute surplus medications from households to low-income individuals.
Objectives:
• To collect unused medicine with long time validity directly or mobile application from peoples and doctors, then distribute them to the underprivileged peoples.
• To increase awareness about medication
• To ensure not to reuse unused drugs
• To bring in & connect with community to develop medicine bank for the needy along with best possible medical services to the poor free of cost.
