Mediq Connect

The Mediq Connect app supports people in the Digitalt forløbsprogram for Diabetes. The goal of the program is to help people understand their health and be able to self-manage. The Mediq Connect app allows you to learn about Diabetes type 2 and to follow your personal care plan by registering blood glucose, weight, activity and your wellbeing.
