Rubbish app, rubbish alarm system. I get low battery alerts ALL the time, even with brand new batteries. It's impossible to change the Siren batteries without the alarm going off when the cover is replaced despite the tamper alarm supposedly not being active for 3 hours afterwards.

this app randomly logs you out, it remembers your username but does not have any way of saving the password or keeping your device logged in, even if you have biometric logging enabled. This can be really inconvenient especially when you arrive home and you want to disarm the house in a hurry. Secondly, the scheduling of lights is really clunky and outdated. The only way to turn off a particular schedule is to delete it completely. We have started using Tapo which is more sophisticated
