can be temperamental. lmagine being locked out of your own home and get no help from Yale as the are not available out of hours or on Sundays. Will not recommend connexis remote wifi and blue tooth operated locks to my worst enemy.

the app was fine until the most recent updates a couple of months ago. now it takes an additional click to get to the unlock screen, and it's much slower to load. I often have to back out and go back in for it to display the lock status properly. after all this, the delivery people are usually gone.
