The Constitution of the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe is the highest law that governs the legal system of São Tomé and Príncipe. The current Constitution was promulgated by the National Assembly, at the Palácio dos Congressos, on 25 January 2003 and published in the Diário da República on 29 January 2003.
