[SmartTimer] would be the best app for those who share one device. What does this app do?
1)Support Multi-User
This app would give you opportunity to Sign-In. If you use as an administrator, you would have no restriction. if you Signed in as a User, you would be able to use the app by the Restriction of Admin.
2)Time Restriction of User
You would be able to set a time limit. You could set the time by the range that you would permit. You could also set the limit. For Instance, User "A" could use the device from 10:00A.M. to 18:00 P.M for 45 minutes as maximum.
3)App Restrictions
If you have an app that you do not want the user to use. You could do this by using this app. You would be able to restrict use of particular app

If you have multiple device, you could share data. You do not have to do the same thing. You just login by Id and, the system would do everything else.

You could set one location of a place. In that location, the Sign In screen would appear. For Instance, if there is only the opportunity for your User to use inside the house, you could use this function and the Sign In screen would not appear outside the house.
