Mpumalanga Youth Development Programme of Action is a multi-stakeholder youth development approach developed and implemented by the Youth Development Directorate at the Office of Premier. It seeks to guide how government, working with private sector and communities, can support young people to develop the skills and attitudes they need to take part positively and meaningfully in the economy and society, now and in the future. It is an important step in shifting our thinking from the old focus on ‘youth problems’ to an understanding of young people as partners and contributors to the province’s economy.
