The "My Food" program is designed to automatically calculate the nutritional value of a daily diet based on thirty-eight nutrients, including calories and essential vitamins and trace elements.
The program is based on information about the nutritional value of almost four thousand products (foodstuffs) - both initial ingredients (monoproducts) and composite dishes and does not contain recipes.
The nutritional value is given for the following nutrients: Energy, Protein, Carbohydrate, Sugars, Fiber, Total Fat, Fatty acids saturated, Fatty acids monounsaturated, Fatty acids polyunsaturated, Cholesterol, Vitamin A, Carotene beta, Lycopene, Lutein + zeaxanthin, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folate, Choline, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Potassium, Sodium, Caffeine, Theobromine, Alcohol and Water.
You can add your own products, either by making them according to your own recipes from the available ingredients in the database, or by entering their nutritional value manually.
The program implements several methods for selecting products in an individual menu - by category and by the text in their names. You can also add products to your favorites for later quick access. Lists can be built with sorting by one specific selected nutrient. If you open the nutrient card, it will show twenty products with the maximum content.
It is possible to create templates that can be used to select frequently used menus. This way, you can create your own dishes based on your own recipes.
Information about the products consumed is stored for the last month, and during this period, you can build reports on the average daily intake of nutrients in comparison with established or recommended consumption standards for women and men.
You can also build reports for specific meals and menu templates.
You can compare products by the content of nutrients.
The program also has settings for vegans. If you enable this setting, only vegetarian products (at least those that have purely vegetarian cooking recipes) will be displayed in the selections. Due to different approaches to shaping your diet, in addition to the "vegan" setting, you can also enable the display of dairy, egg, sugar-containing products, seafood, and alcohol.
Also for vegans, the display of the impact of products on dosha and recommendations for food combining during selection, as well as the corresponding reports, is included. If this is not important to you, then you can disable these mechanics.
The program does not require an Internet connection and does not contain ads.
