With this App you:
- Register customers.

Reminder:
- When you perform a call the App has an option (in the attendant module) to save a reminder. With this procedure, next month, on the same date, the App will show all users who made calls on that date through a notification. The user can access the reminder module and see what type of attendance was performed on that date. And with a single click it can send a message to the user even if the phone is not registered in the Smart Phone directory.
- Monthly earnings control:
The App has a monthly billing control. This value is stored in the user profile and by default comes with the value of R $ 6,750.00. This amount is based on the annual turnover of the individual Microentrepreneur that is R $ 81,000.00 and can be changed by the user.
If the billing was greater than R $ 81,000.00, but did not exceed R $ 97,200.00 (less than 20% of R $ 97,200.00), the MEI must collect the DAS in the condition of MEI until the month of December and collect a complementary DAS, due to the excess of billing, on the due date for payment of the taxes covered in the National Simple for the month of January of the following year (as a general rule on February 20). This DAS will be generated upon the transmission of the MEI Annual Declaration (DASN-SIMEI).
- Attendance:
The App performs or schedules calls. Create a list of service per month and in each service the user can enter services that are previously registered. At the end it calculates the total value (s) of the service (s) and discount (s). Then, the user receives payment from the customer, which can be: Money, card (debit, credit) and bank transfer.
- Sales:
The System makes product sales and inventory control. The user selects the customer, the product (s) and its prices that are previously registered. At the end of the sale it calculates the total value (s) of the sale (s) and discount (s). The system makes a stock control of each product, notifying the user when there is no product in stock or when a sale exceeds the available stock limit.
- Sales and service reports:
Both in the attendance module and in the sales module the user can select a period to generate their report (s) based on the start date and end date. It presents the amount of service / sales; the total value; the total amount of the billing. Debt reports.
- Debit:
The Attendance / Sales module has a debit option. When the user makes a call / sale, sometimes the customer does not have all the money available to make the payment. In this case, the system checks what amount it is actually paying and stores that client's debt. In this way, the user will have in the report a list of clients that are in need of some kind of service / sales.
