The app doesn't let you buy premium subscription since the past few months. Another member from my family (Kishore Jasotani) posted this issue in his review and the app support said in reply that the app is going through changes and that they will contact him soon but he didn't receive any email even after so many weeks. I am sure that they will lie in the same way in response to this review. Customer support never answers any calls or mails. Worst customer support ever, careless & disingenuous!
