The 5W2H tool was introduced in the automotive industry in Japan with the aim of assisting in the use of the famous PDCA cycle. This tool, therefore, must describe an action plan with the activities that need to be developed as clearly as possible to obtain the understanding of the employee who will carry it out. In this context, this project in mobile application format aims to fill an important gap with regard to the control of action plans through the 5W2H method adapted for use in APPs.
