10 second delays in action when working in the app. very annoying and getting to be unusable

Charged my card 3 times in one week. I had paused my service due to finances. I was unable to resume payments after my pause. I assumed this would extend my 6 month contract. But when I updated my card it charged me twice that day. I contacted customer support and they told me it was because I was behind. Then less than a week later I was charged again for a third month. The payment was applied to a past month where I did not receive coaching, glucose monitors, or use of the app.

I've had the app for 4 days and 2 out of 4 days the app crashes. The program seems beneficial but with the consistancy of the app working, I now question it.

allowed me to see what my body do. the Stello Glucose Monitors have been hit and miss on whether they would work or not. but they have been easy to work with to replace them without any argument. all done via emails and apps. the nutritionist has been great to work with and have helped me find patterns in my eating that I hadn't seen before. it has been a learning experience.
