ProntOral, available for free on the App Store, is dedicated to those who need a visit to the mouth, provides practical information and actionable (list of national centers and booking mode) E 'was created by Olomedia, thanks to the intuition of two researchers of' University of Palermo (G. Campisi and O. of Faith), and the support of Soc. It. of Pathology and Oral Medicine (SIPMO) and ANDI Foundation.
It is launched at the SIPMO Congress in Rome (26-28 October 2017) and the ANDI National Congress (Riccione, September 2017). Unlike other apps already available and dedicated exclusively to medical staff, this new product, completely free, will be dedicated to citizens, GPs and health professionals in general. It will allow to make known, in real time, the reference centers of Pathology and Oral Medicine dedicated to diseases of the mouth from prevention to diagnosis and therapy of pathologies of the oral cavity, with particular reference to the early diagnosis of cancers of the mouth.
This innovative app will simply and with a few clicks, through a guided tour, to meet the user's requests for information: Thanks to the geolocation you can identify, in real time, the reference center of pathology and oral medicine near the location user, and to know every detail about the medical team and paramedical and how you can access with their email contacts, telephone and postal.
Furthermore, it includes a news section where consult, thanks to immediate link, the events and the most interesting news about
diseases of the oral cavity and other medical and dental innovations.
