Deltabiz

The DeltaBiz application aims to increase employment opportunities and facilitate labor market integration by improving skills for 460 unemployed and inactive people (focusing on long-term unemployed, elderly workers (55-64), low-education), people (especially subsistence and semi-subsistence farming), the South-East region, Braila, Galati and Buzau counties, by offering integrated services of active and personalized employment measures, including information and counseling, mediation, professional training, awareness and life coaching. The present project aims to introduce in the long term the introduction of innovative integrated elements in the field of employment by correlating labor market demand and supply that will facilitate the integration of the target group on a competitive and changing labor market.
