eSkills

The eSkills application aims at increasing employment opportunities and facilitating labor market integration by improving skills for 460 unemployed and inactive people (focusing on long-term unemployed, elderly workers (55-64), low-education), people (especially subsistence and semi-subsistence farming), North-East, Iasi, Suceava and Botosani, by offering integrated services of active and personalized employment measures, including information and counseling, mediation, professional training, awareness and life coaching. The present project aims to introduce on a long term the introduction of innovative integrated elements in the field of employment by correlating labor market demand and supply, which will facilitate the integration of the target group on a competitive and changing labor market.
