Rules prescribed by the institution
> Each student must be present at the school 15 minutes before the start of the assembly.
> Within half an hour of the school holidays, the parents have to make arrangements to take the students out of the school at their own responsibility.
> If you can't come to school for any reason, you have to submit the application form as usual and it has to have the signature of the parent.
The main objective of the organization is to develop the child as a worthy citizen for his family, society and the country as a whole through his overall development. There will be special arrangements for the students who are lagging behind in basic knowledge.
* Ensuring daily teaching and learning of students by keeping diary.
* Number of seats per class is limited. No more than thirty students will be admitted.
* To make them proficient in every subject including Bengali, English, Mathematics, Science and to get the desired glorious result in the next higher class including getting scholarship in 5th and 8th class.
* Perform daily lessons for students in class and provide necessary notes so that students do not have to read market notes.
* To take measures to encourage meritorious students through attractive prizes.
* Measures to make education more entertaining and practical based through picnics, educational tours etc.
Exams are taken in semester method. Apart from this, oral test, class test and other tests are taken at the scheduled time of each course. Question papers in all examinations, answer sheets are provided by the office.
Rewards are given to Green Leaf Child School students for providing quality development and inspiration. Special prizes are given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in the annual examination.
Parents' meetings are arranged every month for the development of educational activities consisting of the Board of Governors, parents and teachers.
There are arrangements for taking classes through projectors and teaching and class monitoring by experienced teachers.
> Students must come to class wearing school prescribed uniform.
> This month's salary has to be paid between 1st and 6th of every month.
> No guardian or any person on his / her behalf may enter the test center during the test.
> If any student wants to leave school and go to another institution, he / she has to accept the exemption by showing suitable reason.
> If a conference of parents is called for the needs of the school, the parent will pay close attention to the teacher's comments regarding attendance, late attendance, health, dress, cleanliness and other irregularities.
> Parents can inform their opinions and suggestions through the diary provided by the organization.
