In 1930, a building with unique architecture was inaugurated in the middle of the forest of Saoû in Drôme: the Auberge des Dauphins. It is the realization of the dream of a man, Maurice Burrus, a rich Alsatian industrialist, lover of the forest, who wanted to open the forest to everyone. And his dream went far beyond the simple construction of an inn.
