1-Prerequisites for using the application

The data transfer application is reserved for Orange customers
Both phones (old and new) must be in working order

2-To use the application in the best conditions, you must
-------------------------------------------
a- have in your possession the old and the new mobile in working order
b- have installed the Data Transfer application on both mobiles - the old and the new
c- have inserted your sim card in the new mobile
d- be connected to the same Wi-Fi network on both mobiles

3-What are the transferable data?

- contacts
- Calendar (content in mobile only),
- SMS and MMS*
- Call log*
- Photos and videos
- Music*
- Wallpapers*
*Supported and transferable content may vary by platform. (Android/iOS)
As an option, you can also simply filter, according to a given period (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) the SMS, MMS, call log, etc. that you wish to transfer.

4- For which operating system is the application available?

The application is available for Android systems from Google, iOS from Apple

5- To which mobile can I make the transfer?
-------------------------------------------
To Android smartphones
- For devices with Android version 5.0 minimum and later
To iOS smartphones
- For Apple devices in version 10 minimum and later
- Not compatible with iPads

NB: If your version of Android is up to date, the performance of data transfer between your mobiles will be even better

This app uses a device to collect and aggregate statistics to help us improve the app and our services. None of the data collected is stored in the application and will not be used to identify you.
