Utag is an independent delivery driver dispatch application to provide delivery services to customers registered independently on the system. It includes real-time parcel tracking services, race payment, QR Code scanner to obtain delivery person information, delivery person registration by independent service providers.
The application contains three functionalities: delivery person, customer and business.
CUSTOMERS: the Customers feature allows users to register, search the map for available deliverers, receive messages, track the package, pay for the fare and scan the delivery person's QR code.
BUSINESS: The Business functionality allows payment service providers with their NINEA to register informal deliverers, take photos of their ID, sell and buy QR codes.
DELIVERIES: The Deliverers feature allows delivery people already registered on the platform to search for a customer's address on the map, receive messages, see their destination, buy QR codes and receive payments.
