The ru_tender 2 application is a lightweight version of the ru_tender program.
ru_tender2 searches for tenders in two pre-selected regions.
At the first start, ru_tender2 asks to select 4 regions for search
and interface language. The regions and interface language can be changed in the settings.
In this version of the program, it is allowed to change 4 regions for search 5 times.
The program interface consists of 2 main and settings tabs,
three languages are supported to choose from - Russian, English,
Chinese.
