This company is a scam. The owner of the RV I rented from broke his own RV and Outdoorsy charged me $1300 for his mistake. "but it occurred during the rental period." - so according to them it's automatically your fault if it's during the rental period. The owner dropped off and set up the RV, Left the awning open, it snapped and fell on me before I even set foot in the RV, and Outdoorsy refuses to reverse their decision. I will be taking both parties to small claims court now.
