Health & Wellness is an introductory level educational lessons to help you understand health & wellness and how to create daily healthy habits.
Affirmations are positive statements about ourselves or a situation, and daily affirmations help you rewire your brain, build confidence and self-esteem.
Who am I?
Margaret Hewett-Hawker. App developer & producer, Health Professional, Healer, Life-Coach and Educator.
Margaret is a Midwife (RM Dip) with a Nursing training (RN Dip). She also has a Naturopath (Dip) & studied nutrition.
Margaret is a Certified & License Louise Hay Life Coach and Workshop Leader, and is passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection, and using the coaching tools in all aspects of her life. Midwifery preceptor and adult educator. Healer in Reiki and BARS practitioner.
Mindfulness was a natural progression of personal & professional development, and she has participated in mindfulness courses (young peeps, teens, general and advanced).
I want to help peeps who have been struggling with anxiety, depression and mental health, M5x5M helps provide tools to assist you to manage, and to find the internal resilience to cope and thrive.
