Paperpile has been a great reference management tool so far. However, the app does not sync well on my android mob and I cannot view the annotations I made on my laptop, which is really frustrating. Also, many times, I would want to lie down to read where mobile devices are very comfortable, but unfortunately, all I can do right now is passively read on my mobile app without being able to take any notes or view other annotations I took just moments before I closed my laptop!

The current state of this app is so sad. I've been using paperpile since 2022 and love the app. However, they completely abandoned the android app
