We innovated with a free application for cell phones on the ANDROID and IOS platforms, which makes it possible to register new claims notices and monitor the processes that are underway where each user (brokers / insurers / insured) has access through an exclusive password to access all team.
How it works:
• To carry out the opening of a new claim, it is not necessary to be in an internet coverage area, since we are presenting a hybrid application to the market, that is, just fill in the requested data and that's it! As soon as there is an internet signal, the stored information will be transmitted automatically;
• If there is a need for immediate assistance where there is no coverage for a cellular signal, the activation must also be carried out via phone;
• The application has the backend tool, thus integrating the application into the company's system. Therefore, when receiving the claim, in addition to the registration, the responsible parties will also receive the information via e-mail.
Agility:
• The opening of a claim notice via telephone takes around 10 minutes, whereas in the application, the time for reporting the claim is from 3 to 4 minutes, also excluding the cost of the call.
• Through the application, if the customer wishes to choose, he can communicate his claim via telephone. Just click on the Icon and you're done!
• If the claim is reported by the insured, as soon as the communication is completed, the responsible insurer and broker will be notified.
• In addition, the driver will be able to make his audio communication directly and for you broker, the application will make available your specific client portfolio.
