About Renew Advent
Welcome to the RENEW Advent Challenge
You are warmly invited to join this pilgrimage of the soul starting on the 1st December and ending on Christmas day.
Over this 25-day period, as a community, we will be committing to these four streams of ‘Physical Prayer’ that will re-posture our mind, body and spirit towards the significance of Christmas day.
1. Daily devotional reflections
2. Daily exercise using our 3 core movement patterns
3. Fasting something that we know isn’t good for us
4. Engaging in a daily generosity offering
We believe that Jesus came into this world to give us ‘life in all its fullness’ and it’s our prayer that this Advent Pilgrimage will help you do that.
