Trying to load app on my Samsung galaxy tab A and it's not compatible. Any chance this will be updated or am I looking for another tablet?

signed up for annual, charged money for subscription, now app is not letting me get my model it advertised saying it's only for annual subscribers. very frustrating. No response yet from customer service just am empty email.
