About Survey Kepuasan Masyarakat-SPK

The Community Satisfaction Index Survey application for SPKT Services at the West Kutai District Police Satpas is available in two survey modes namely Regular Mode and Questionnaire Mode. For Questionnaire Mode in this application, it is made by referring to the questionnaire format of the calculation formula in accordance with Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation number 14 of 2017.
Feedback or feedback as a response from the community of service users will be stored in the online database. From these data will produce a detailed report on the Interval Value, Conversion Interval Value, Service Quality to Service Unit Performance which all lead to the Index. By using a Likert Scale measurement and with comprehensive calculations so that it can be a reference for management in taking corrective steps if there are things that are lacking in service performance which are divided into 10 Service Elements.
The list of questions presented in this application in questionnaire mode can be fully controlled by the administrator.

The feature for printing reports is available in a separate application (administrator module) that runs on the Windows platform
