About Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Timer is an effective strategy to use time wisely and achieve better results. The Pomodoro technique for specific activities allows you to focus on one task at a time, limit distractions and procrastination.
It is very simple to use:
1. Define your tasks by hand, make yourself a to-do list.
2. For 25 minutes (pomodoro time) you will eliminate all distractions and have all your attention on your tasks. Start the timer and work.
3. Take frequent 5-minute breaks. Regular breaks lead to greater productivity and concentration. During these breaks, get some fresh air, do some push-ups, stretches or anything else that will help you regain your energy. Your body will thank you.
4. Repeat this work/rest cycle and take a longer break (15 minutes) when you feel you need it. Normally, extended breaks are taken after 4 complete Pomodoro blocks.

According to experts, after their research, the maximum level of productivity is 25 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes of rest.
