The OCR Scanner App uses the Google Text API to capture, recognize, and play text from the device camera. This app offers both video-based live recognition and image-based recognition (either after direct capture or after image selection from the gallery).
The app has a read-only mode in which the recognized text can be loudly played back in different languages.
