Action and adventure on a hidden planetoid in outer space!
Your mission at first is to escape from a an abandoned plutonium mine inside JK61-24, but events will lead you to many more adventures with multiple possible endings.
The mine has a multitude of nooks, crannies, and hostile environments (mine, lava, robotic, ice, aquatic, golden...) that you will have to explore and investigate to succeed in your goals.
All this will lead you to meet the mine's peculiar inhabitants, ranging from sophisticated robots that you can converse with to get help and clues for your purpose, to hostile and grotesque creatures that you must fight to survive, so get ready because the adventures and fun will not stop growing!
As a multi-purpose droid, D42 has multiple skills and devices:
Precision laser rifle.
Energy shield
Demolition explosives.
Turbo-velocity rockets.
Mobile teleportation device
Ore drill.
Loading and unloading bay for minerals and explosives.
Sonic ore scanner.
Map with explored area and location of characters, objects, and clues.
Record of objectives, missions, achievements, hints and characters.
Recording the game with your progress so you can continue from the same point.
Manage these resources to tackle a multitude of missions and tasks:
First move with agility to avoid hostile obstacles such as lava jets, falling rocks, ice blocks, stalactites...
Get weapons and ammunition to survive against the multitude of aggressive organic, inorganic and robotic enemies.
Obtain explosives and devices to successfully escape from the mine and return to your friends.
Multitude of land, flying and aquatic creatures that will pounce for D42.
Defeat patrol robots, turrets, energy barriers and even missile launchers.
Exploit the physics of the stage to create obstacles, barriers or take advantage of ricochets.
Practice mining to trade iron, gold and plutonium obtained from the friendliest inhabitants.
Chat to get clues with hints to solve mysteries and find special devices.
Help the inhabitants with their particular problems (from small 'errands' to kidnappings!) in exchange for rewards.
Find and destroy a very dangerous and mysterious giant laser cannon.
Open shortcuts and ore veins with explosives.
Save the entire planetoid from destruction in a challenging and complex mission.
