In 2001, the Nurul Musthofa Council was visited by Al Habib Umar bin Hafidz and Al Habib Anis Bin Alwi al-Habsyi, who then certified the name of the Nurul Musthofa Council and inaugurated it. In the same year, the history of Rasulullah SAW was introduced to the recitation of the Al-Qur'an, zikir-zikir and religious advice. Then the assembly grew rapidly, starting from 10 people to hundreds of people.
