no app support I purchased a new phone soon as I log in with it my account is stuck sent messages emails noone responds yet you paid me a few weeks ago I have clients asking me questions I can't even help them because you have no working staff monitoring this app..
I'll only lasted working for them For 2 weeks.. They barely pay you. and all the customers expect free answer for their questions.
This app is horrible, they delete your account for no reason. They don't even tell you before deleting. No communication is ever there between the operator and advisor. If you msg them they don't even reply.
Been working for them since may this year I was loving the job and all of a sudden my questions page my profile was not working and I try calling maria and no answer I just was all my money for time I put into it Thank you
Dreadful experience. The lady interviewing for the app was quite unprofessional. Was not paying attention to what I was saying her excuse was that she interviews "so many". The app wouldn't store what I was putting in. Even once I did everything several times I was told it hadn't stored. I advise readers to look elsewhere.
I love this app. They are truly very helpful and caring.
Got a quick reply initially, however, not a word from the person who had responded in the last 5 days. Having issues with the app, and unable to proceed due to no response. As I was told, the company is based in Singapore and collects their taxes before paying out. In addition US contractors pay taxes the US. I wanted to give it a try, but I see now that it's pointless to try and get assistance.
Accounts get deleted without communication. They missed paying out for October, too. They randomly changed the minimum requirements without communicating that to agents. People work within guidelines that are communicated. Not ones that are guessed at. Its an ok app for side money and to get started with professional readings, but don't plan on them communicating what is expected of you.
It's a huge scam and people working here are scammers. First their app doesn't work and then you gather all your tarot card reading experience, certificates, invest your time in filling their application form and without any reason, not even a single solid reason they cancel your application within a few minutes. Please DO NOT waste your time and energy in this app.
