The application is designed for people who experience panic away from comfort points. With it, you can mark targets on the map and complete them, move further and reduce the number and strength of panic attacks.
Each goal that you mark on the map contains a minimum number of events, a minimum time and a completion date. After creating the goal, you can add an event where each event includes: duration, your role in relation to fear and your feelings.
The goal is considered complete if you completed the minimum number of events taking into account their minimum duration, and also in each event were in the role of "adult" and did not experience negative feelings.
The application has statistics:
- how is the achievement of goals over the past six months;
- distribution of roles and feelings by month.
