About Care+ Diagnostics
To begin the diagnosis, you must receive a valid activation code via email. Once received, you can begin the diagnostic process. You'll need a second smartphone or tablet to capture images of your enrolled device for the diagnosis. The app will walk you through the diagnostic instructions, ensuring that you capture all of the required images correctly.
After capturing the necessary images, the system will analyze the device's health based on the diagnostic results, determining whether or not the diagnosis was successful. If your diagnosis is successful, your plan will be activated, granting you access to the Samsung Care+ program.
Don't worry if the diagnosis fails; you will have a second attempt to perform the diagnosis. This gives you a better chance of addressing any potential issues with your device. Please keep in mind that if both diagnosis attempts fail, your plan will be canceled.

they screwed me on my warrenty. I wanted to pay. they said everything was fine. then 30 days later after I bought the phone new. they said I didnt do anything complete diagnostic. which is 100 percent false! so I buy the phone for 1400 with no accident or theft coverage. total scam.

This is Horrible I took over 100 different picture with 2 different devices and none of the pictures caught what was needed. ..I choose to cancel this. I will do without

Samsung needs to improve company like this are the razon y Samsung is getting to many critics in step up would work but the is no dedication in the profession would never be there this app make too much money to quickly in now they look at you like you are nothing in they don't need your business this company if you complain they bring you in set you up in stop charging your credit card or account in theme drop your off this network by saying you didn't pay your account..very trash Sam's

Despite all the poor reviews that made me biased about the app, I decided to try it, thinking it might be a scam. I didn't have any problems with my phone but wanted to add extra protection. It took about 3 minutes to take the pictures and complete the entire process. A day later, I received an email, and my plan was activated. I don't know about all these negative reviews, but my experience was flawless. Thank you.
