Horrible customer service! I had to use them for samsung care + and nobody could explain what was going on the whole time. Everyone I talked to said I would get a response in 1-2 days but that didnt happen once. When I did finally get an estimated timeline I was told item is backordered until 2/20, but item ended up shipping 2/2. I was told multiple I needed patience when I was calling after no response over a week wait for a simple update. Avoid this company if you have any say in the matter.

Absolutely Terrible. I sent you guys a video submission of my phone after speaking to yall over the vocally speaking to someone over the phone instructing me to submit a video through email. So I absolutely verified myself and my phone. You guys done read emails. Or honor what's said on the phone.

It's a nightmare and a joke to have anything insured by these guys and takes forever to get item replaced and returned.they give you the run around and you wo be lucky to even get anything back

Servify Card wants too many permissions. Camera, Location, Microphone, Music and Audio, Nearby devices, Phone, Photos and Videos. Why does it need all these? Are you stalking me? Are you going to sell my location? All I want to do is file a claim because I bought insurance!
