The workout program is designed to strengthen and develop the muscles of the legs and buttocks.
The 300 Squat app includes the following functionality:
💪 15 training programs with different difficulty levels
💪 quick stats (your current average squat level, current program, status and medals)
💪 You will not miss a workout, the app has a reminder function
💪 warm up before workouts
💪 the ability to change the program in case of unsuccessful training
The workouts are divided into 15 programs ranging from 0 to 300 squats. Choose the required program depending on the level of your training.
Recommended for use in conjunction with the programs of the cycle "Be Stronger". By combining all cycle programs (100 Push-ups, 300 Abs, 50 Pull-Ups) you will get a healthy and athletic body!
